My brother Andy loves cheese! He likes his Easy Cheese cold from the fridge, and a great snack is a chunk of Havarti on a plate with a knife. Chris reminded me of the snack Andy used to make in the microwave, melted cheese on melted cheese. I love cheese too, but I'm pretty sure I could say that Andy, indeed, loves it more!I hope you have some good cheese tonight with your dinner Anj!

Right now our favorite is Edam. Mmmm.
