We acquired, or borrowed and never gave back (I'm not sure), an awesome book from Jon's mom called The Ultimate Book of Kid Concoctions. I'm gorwing some rock candy in the kitchen.
The book mostly has recipes for art medium. Yesterday, during our heat advisory, we stayed inside near the air conditioner and played with sticky finger paint. It's corn syrup and food coloring and stickymania. Then we got our swimming suits on and played in our blow up pool out back to get the syrup out of our hair.

What a fun book. Maybe on my next day off I'll make slime using corn starch, water and food coloring. Mmm. I'll email you back soon. Mark my words.
